Crunch time for Australia

The final group matches are staged tonight in Thailand and Vietnam and Australia risk checking out of their hotel in the morning if they fail to overcome the Thais in what should be a sell out crowd at Rajamangala. I say should be but who knows? Apart from Indonesia attencances have been a disappointment this tournament. It's also worth remembering both Oman and Iraq can qualify to the next round if results go their way.

Likewise in Vietnam. The UAE are already out but they play a Qatar team who will be looking to rattle in the goals against their Gulf neighbours to ensure they go through. Hosts Vietnam play Japan and a draw could see both teams go through if Qatar fail to win by a comprehensive margin.

Exciting stuff and as ever you can keep up with the games here!
